The former head of the UFO program of the Ministry of Defense is convinced that extraterrestrial civilizations exist

Nick Pope is “undoubted” that a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s exist, especially considering that there have been countless U̳F̳O̳ sightings since the 1950s.
It is estimated that around 5% of the U̳F̳O̳ sightings they dealt with defied explanation, with the Ministry of Defense unable to get to the bottom of the mystery, according to former Defense Minister Nick Pope.
In the opinion of a former head of the Defense Ministry\’s U̳F̳O̳ program, a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ life is “without a doubt.”
According to 56-year-old Nick Pope, U̳F̳O̳ sightings have been “consistent” in the UK since the 1950s, with some sightings defy explanation.
According to the author, who worked for the British government between 1991 and 1994, there could be friendly, “hostile” and “super predatory” species in the larger universe; Earthlings should worry about that life.
On the Different with Nicky Campbell podcast, the U̳F̳O̳ expert discussed sightings he had witnessed during his time on the show.
During my time at the Ministry of Defense, my job was to investigate 200 to 300 sightings every year, Pope revealed during the interview.
“Most of them turned out to be misidentifications: meteorites, satellites, fireballs, airships, bright stars and planets, lasers and reflectors…all of it.
“But in between that, constantly, not just in my time on the show, but going back to the 1950s, there were these kinds of intense sightings of five percent or more that we couldn\’t explain, that seemed to defy explanation.”
It is routinely claimed that governments around the world know that a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s exist, but cover them up. Pope, however, claims that was not the case during his time at the Ministry of Defence.
“Sometimes we had photos, videos that the intelligence community image analysts couldn\’t discredit or explain, sometimes we had radar data and we never got to the bottom of the mystery. Many people say that the Ministry of Defense was and still is involved in a cover-up, that is not true. Our position was: we didn\’t know”.
The United States House of Representatives recently passed a bill that will change the way U̳F̳O̳ reporting is done. Previously, non-disclosure agreements prohibited the release of information about unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAP, which would now be shared internally through an internal reporting system.
The move targets current and former Military personnel, government civilians, and contractors to make the U̳F̳O̳ phenomenon more transparent and direct communication.
The former Defense Ministry official has published several books on ex̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ life and believes there are many c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳s, some much more advanced than humans.
The idea that there is only one other c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳ in the universe would be crazy to me, Pope said during the podcast.
“There will be some less advanced, but there will be many c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳s much more advanced than ours; some friendly, some hostile, some neutral, some biological, some post-biological: we may be dealing with artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence.
Pope insisted they exist, saying “they are certainly out there.”
